CEO and Principal, Michael Stein brings over 25 years of homebuilding experience from assistant superintendent to President of a large regional homebuilding company. Michael relocated to Naples Florida in l999, forming Charter Communities to build the award winning Naples community, Forest Park and then Stein Builders in 2004.
