TERMS:

Customers pay 10% deposit on purchase agreements and options for their home. Stein Builders finances all construction. No personal construction loans to administer and pay for are needed.

WARRANTY:

Customers receive a ten-year limited warranty on their home backed by a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (HBW).

FULL HOME PERSONALIZING SERVICE:

Stein Builders will provide customers with full service home design consultation allowing a full away of custom finishes and features to personal your home.

CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCES:

Stein Builders creates individualized construction documents for each home. A preconstruction

meeting and a pre-drywall walkthrough will be held with customers to review options and upgrades. Customers will also participate in a pre-settlement orientation prior to closing.
